Learning to Linger Email Ride Ride. 23.5miles @ 8 mph

Charley Sproule (L), George Haverstraw, Dale Kasparek, Jack Withers (S).

Four retired guys (AKA four old farts) rode the Conestoga and Lebanon Valley Rail Trails from the route 239 trailhead to Mt. Gretna and back.  It was a fantastic sunny fall day.  Our starting temperature was 53 and when we finished at 3 pm it was 63.  There are not very many days like this left this year.  We lunched at the Porch in Mt. Gretna.  On the way back the tunnel of trees over the trail was colorful as the sun streamed through.  Jack made sure we stayed together and no one got lost.
