Experienced - – For the experienced group cyclist. Flat to hilly terrain. Average speed 13-15 mph, with distances typically 20-45 miles. One brief stop midway in ride and when necessary. No rider is dropped.
Pace: 13-15 mph
Terrain: Rolling Terrain and Challenging Hills
Ride Description: The ride will include the rolling terrain and challenging hills of eastern Dauphin and western Lebanon counties. There will be infrequent stops and any that are necessary. Riders should be capable of sustained effort for two to three hours or more.

The plan is to ride approximately 40 miles along a portion of the Cancer Research Century route east of Fort Indiantown Gap.  We will meet at 8:30 a.m. at Memorial Lake Lower Road, to coordinate with the C and D+ rides.  The pace will be in the 14 - 15 mph range.  Ride with GPS shows the elevation at approx. 2,000 feet, which is not excessive for this distance.  There will be a planned stop near Frystown, close to the half-way point.

Hope to see you there!

Paul
