Directions: From Harrisburg, follow Route 422 towards Hershey. At the traffic light at Friendly’s turn right onto University Drive. Take the first left onto Briarcrest Drive and right into the Briarcrest Center parking lot.

Camp Hill D

Social - – For the beginning cyclist who wants a leisurely ride with lots of conversation. Generally flat terrain and low traffic roads as much as possible. Average speed 8-10 mph, with distances typically 8-12 miles. Water breaks every 3-5 miles. Family friendly. No rider is dropped.
Pace: 8-10 mph
Terrain: Varies
Ride Description: Depending on the level of the riders we have options. If the riders are not too confident yet we can stay within Camp Hill and zig and zag around. If the riders are more accomplished we can cross the Bypass and go into Hampden, or continue south into New Cumberland, or continue into other municipalities around the area.

Mount Holly Springs Rides

Fast - For the experienced group rider in good physical condition and capable of maintaining a steady pace. Flat to hilly terrain. Average speed 15-17 mph, with distances generally 25-50 miles. Few stops if any. Riders unable to maintain classified pace may be dropped.
Pace: 15-17 mph
Terrain: Varies
Ride Description: These rides are scheduled to start and end in Mount Holly Springs and have an average pace of around 15-17 mph. C+ riders wanting to try B class rides are welcome. They will be 25-50+ miles with an elevation gain around 1000 feet for each 25 miles, follow most of the Three Creek Century Ride Courses, and are not for the hard core trainers. They may feature multiple starting points to maximize participation and overall mileage for the rider. There will be 4 rides per week; Tuesday Hills (evening at 5pm), Wednesday Easy (evening at 5pm), Thursday Moderate (evening at 5pm), and Sunday (morning 8am) being the longest ride. They will be weekly until the Three Creek Century Ride in September and then taper off depending on ride leader availability and temperature; with no rides in the dark or subfreezing temps. Andrew Dapkins is the coordinator. Rides start at Trine Memorial Park, next to Mt Holly Springs United Methodist, and located at 300 West Pine Street, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065.

 *Today's ride will be a C+ pace, 15 mile over-all, out and back, along Pine Road.

Helmets are required on HBC rides.  A trained Ride leader is obligated to collect waiver signatures prior to the ride to be an HBC Sanctioned Ride.

Show and Go Rides are NOT HBC Sanctioned.
