About this event
Meet at 9:00 AM in Boiling Springs in the parling lot next to the former Boiling Springs Tavern. We will “car” shuttle up to the Trindle Rd. Appalachian Trailhead for a leisurely 3 ½ - 4 mile hike back to Boiling Springs on the Appalachian Trail. We should arrive just in time for a lunch and hot chocolate at Café 101.
Terrain is flat with only minor elevation changes….considered the easiest miles on the entire Appalachian Trail.
Expect to be walking on some snow and mud. Dress warm and some orange is urged. It is illegal to hunt within 200 feet of the Trail, but with all the private property in that area….you never know.
