What is this?
Meet at Koons Park at 8:00 a.m. for the Bow Tie County Line Route ride.

Distance - 41.3 miles
Climb - 2,500'

Due to the probability of rain there may be updates to the planned route. Bowtie Route, you say? We will ride up to Piketown and do three descents and two more climbs from the North before heading east. The rest of the ride is rural without much additional climb.. Climbs?, sounds tough. The climbs from the North off Fishing Creek Valley road are not long or difficult, but will be a good early ride work out. We will then head for Grantville and then South for a flexible ride with the plan to return by noon.

Rain is forecast for Grantville at 10:00 a.m., but will subside again until 3:00. Temperatures will run from66F to 75F. The current forecast says so.

Come join me. We'll put a route down with a bowtie that will show up on RidewithGPS, MapMyRide or Garmin.
