What is this?
This dovetails with Ken's West Shore Flex notice. They are one and the same thing. Ken is the leader. This is a very quiet and scenic ride which three of us have done a couple times. It starts from Millerstown Community Park which is off 322. Start time is at 1 o'clock riding a c pace of 30 miles. GPS will get you there- address below. Getting off the exit for Millerstown you'll make a sharp left and see the park a quarter mile on the right. Park towards the bandshell not the pool. There's usually a clean porta potty there. We'll ride into Millerstown square and then head east. It's a basic south central Pa. ride with only one strong gradual climb in the middle. Mostly farms, forest, and a few small towns. The colors should be primo. It's some car work but worthwhile! I'd bring extra snack and sufficient water- we don't really have a rest spot. The weather looks good but if need be I'll cancel if I see Ken cancel.
