Let's hope all the rain moves out before Wednesday! I've planned a nice scenic ride for this week.
Departure time: 9:30 a.m.
Departure point: DaVinci's Italian Eatery, 6617 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg. Park in the lot on the north side of the restaurant which is across the road. Do not park in the lot in front of the restaurant. https://www.davinciitalianeatery.com/ No restrooms are available at the start, so plan accordingly.
Route: 26 miles of a combination of gentle terrain and some gradual hills. Plan on a short add-on to see the bluebells. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/42716708 Please download this route in case we need to split into 2 groups.
Pace: About 12 mph. There can be a faster group if someone volunteers to lead it.
Optional lunch afterwards at DaVinci's where they offer delicious Italian pizza, pasta and more at affordable prices. BYOB.
I will cancel by 8:00 a.m. if necessary. If you are just coming for lunch, be there by noon and let me know you are coming by 9:00 a.m on Wednesday.
