About this event
Planned is a 47-mile rural route that is not as hilly as the recent routes. To be sure there are lots of rolling hills (1,893') and a climb up Valley Road, when leaving the Monroe Valley. Planned is a mid-ride stop at Moose's LZ after the 30 mile mark. Moose's is a unique stop with a large parking area that appears designed for hikers and rail trail riders. MapMyRide was used to create this route, which is less contrary to the usual MapMyRide routes that the club and I usually use. Right now the probability of rain for the day is 82%, but what time of day is not known. So check back. Temperature-wise and wind-wise we are looking at perfect riding conditions as the forecast goes.
