Wednesday, October 4th Is predicted to be a glorious warm fall day to enjoy a bike ride and lunch. Meet at Falmouth boat launch 8:45 for a roll out at 9 AM to Columbia on the North West River Trail. We typically take a break at River Park and a break in Columbia. Round-trip 30 miles - we will return to Falmouth . This is a flat ride, all paved trail . 11 to 12 mph - Lunch optional - ride back to Bainbridge to have lunch at Little Italy Italian restaurant that adds an additional 4 miles - eat carbs and ride back to our cars. If 30 miles is your limit, drive to restaurant and meet us there 2140 River Rd., Bainbridge, PA, 17502. A variety of Italian dishes, pizzas, and salads! Helmets required, bring a spare tube, hydration, and snack . Weather cancellation by 6:30 AM.
