Hershey Briarcrest Square: 6:00 PM. Ride Classification: B: Fast - For the experienced group rider in good physical condition and capable of maintaining a steady pace. Flat to hilly terrain. Average speed 15-17 mph, with distances generally 25-50 miles. Few stops if any. Riders unable to maintain classified pace may be dropped.
Let's head out to Memorial Lake. If anyone knows of freshly chipped/tarred roads on the route, please advise me so I can modify the route ahead of time. Current forecast is for hot, moderately humid temps around 90F, and for afternoon thunderstorms. If roads are wet, or showers are forecast >25% during riding time, I'll cancel by 5p.
