This week's Friday Lunch Ride will go to Snitz Creek at Indiantown Gap. We'll depart from 5 Bridges Fitness at 10:00 am with a pick up at Koons Park for those who want a little shorter ride.

Pace: 12 - 14 mph; no one who can maintain at least 12 mph will be dropped.
