DISTANCE: Approx 20 miles
SPEED: 9-11 MPH
Simmer temperature's are here so start is a little earlier to beat the heat.
This is a no drop ride and bathrooms are available at the start. Route will be flexible but current plan is an out and back toward Swatara State Park via Biddle and Quartermaster roads to take advantage of some shade.
Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated and maybe a snack.
