In case of rain on August 7, there will be a SS "spin", at the New Harrisburg JCC Fitness Center.
Start location: 2986 N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg, PA
Start time: 10:00 AM
Duration: one hour
Meet at the Second Street entrance to the Administration Building (newer three story brick building facing Second Street) under the canopy. I will provide access. Those with Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, Etc are at no charge. Drop in rate is $10/session. This is a brand new Fitness Center. There are lockers, saunas, exercise equipment and more.
The spin bikes are relatively new and the playlist is excellently curated.
