It has been a while since we have enjoyed the "Manada Loop" and with weather expected for the balance of the week, let's get this one in. We'll depart from 5 Bridges Fitness at 9:00 at a 12 - 14 mph pace, ride out to Manada Bottom, 443 to the river and back up Linglestown Road.
