About this event
Ride the Capital Area Greenbelt around Harrisburg. This is a great way to learn the route with a group of friendly riders. The loop is 18 miles of trail (some on road, some off road) mostly paved. The ride departs at 9:00 am. Meet at the entrance of Wildwood Park, by the bathrooms, at 8:45 am. The ride pace is 10 - 11 mph (D+). We ride faster on flats and slower on hills. The terrain has a few hills. We ride the loop in a counter-clockwise direction. No rider left behind. Helmets are required! Be sure to pump your tires, and bring water.
