Hershey Briarcrest Sq: 5:00 Start / Ride Classification: C+. For the experienced group cyclist. Flat to hilly terrain. Average speed 13-15 mph, with distances typically 15-35 miles. One brief stop midway, if necessary. No rider is dropped.
We’ll start at 5:00 PM to counter the shortening daylight. Our route will take us 20 miles, and 1,000 feet of elevation. We will have 2 climbs. The first off E. Canal St. on Shetland Dr. The second up Swatara Rd. coming off Sand Beach.
