Join me for the first OSS that hopefully weather will not interfere this Sunday April 12. The Easter Bunny has come and gone , by the way no mystery basket was left on my porch . April 12 is primarily known for a fun food focused holiday like national grilled cheese sandwich day and national licorice day. It’s also celebrated as walk on your wild side day and national only child day. Historically it marks major space milestones: the first man in space 1961 and the first space shuttle launch 1981. You have to join me to find out what surprises I have up my sleeve. Meet on City Island north of Market Street. Be ready to pedal off at 7:15 AM. We will ride for about 75 minutes at an easy pace of 8-10 mph average speed. No one will be left behind. New riders and young people are welcome. Helmets are required on all HBC rides. It is also suggested to bring hydration, a snack and an extra tube that fits your tire. This is the perfect ride if you’re just getting back into shape for the season. 8 to 11 mph about 12 miles.

Come meet new friends, weather cancellation by 6 AM Sunday morning.
Afterwards, some folks gather for breakfast at Roxy’s Café on North St in Harrisburg.
