EST ride this week is 22.5 miles out and back starting at Ft. Hunter to see the new improved Fishing Creek Valley Road. Start time is 6PM. You may see the words Fishing Creek Valley and think- oh no not again! I have no defense for that sentiment. We&#39;ll stop briefly at the church and then head up Appleby to Piketown Road. Then we coast down and return to Ft. Hunter. Appleby is very gradual- it&#39;s not like Sleepy Hollow. We avoid the kicker near the top by taking Piketown Road down. No Potato Valley tonight. We should finish up somewhere between 11-14 MPH only because of the hills in our favor on the way back. If you are usually a C rider you should have no problem. No one gets dropped. See you at Ft. Hunter river side by the pavilion. Hope you can make it. <br /><br /><br />This is a ride that will leave from various East Shore locations such as Lenker Park, Fort Hunter, etc. Please check the calendar, contact the ride leader and/or subscribe to the email distribution list to find out where the start points will occur. This ride will occur at 6pm every Tuesday throughout the Regular Ride season of April-September.
