I can't believe I'm leading an East Shore Flex ride. How unusual for a West Shore person like me! I'm doing the trail to minimize some of the strong winds that are predicted.

Start point: Falmouth trailhead on the NW Lancaster River Trail. This trail is paved and mostly flat with a few small hills.

Start time: 10:30 a.m.

Distance: 28 miles max. from Falmouth to Columbia and back. This is an out-and-back ride so you can turn back anytime if you want a shorter distance.

Pace: C pace 11-13 mph
