What is this?
You are invited on a bicycle ride that raises public awareness for mental health.
Did you know that May is not only National Bike Month, established in 1956, but it is also Mental Health Awareness Month, which has been observed in May in the United States since 1949! The ride will include two stops at Harrisburg's own mental health social clubs, Patch-N-Match and The Aurora Club! More detailed info will be provided on the ride. Come with your curiosity, questions and we shall practice mindfulness on the ride too!
Saturday, May 20, 2023
Departure Time is 9:30 AM
Meeting at the old William Penn school building, located on the north side of Division Street, just east of Italian Lake
Approximately 15 miles, 9-11 MPH, no rider dropped
This will be a flat ride, perfect for getting some mileage in without the stress!
