What is this?
While the Owen's Sunday Sociable has ended, HBC-er's still meet at Roxy's Cafe, 274 North Street in Harrisburg for breakfast. Roxy's opens at 8:00 a.m. so plan to arrive between then and 8:30 a.m.
While some people will ride to Fort Hunter and back after breakfast tomorrow for about 20 miles, I'm offering another option...a walk around the City of Harrisburg beginning at 9:15 a.m. I'm planning on doing about a 4 mile route, but you can turn back anytime if you want to do fewer miles. The City is an interesting place to tour with a lot of murals and historic structures. We'll start at Roxy's where there is free street parking nearby.
The ride will also begin around 9:15 a.m....its nice to have choices! Just an FYI...this is not an "official" HBC ride. It's more of an impromptu show-and-go thing, normally at a casual C pace.
