What is this?
The weather does not look good for an outside ride, let's spin again!
Start location: Harrisburg JCC (3301 North Front Street, Harrisburg)
Start Time: 10 AM
Check in: Entry is free to JCC members and Silver Sneakers (and other similar programs, Bring card). $10 drop-in rate for others. Waiver to be signed if you are a first timer to the JCC.
Music: One hour of familiar tunes (Even an Elvis selection for Mr. Wonderful). Feel free to sign along.
Other amenities: There are lockers and showers
The equipment: New Keiser bikes, with mountain bike clip-ins (if you have the cleats)
