For those that can‘t ride Tuesday morning, I‘ll be leading an East Shore Flex ride Tuesday evening. We will depart at 5:30 PM from the Fishing Creek Valley Community Center, located at 1361 Fishing Creek Valley Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112. The entry driveway for the Community Center is exactly 2.5 miles inland from the intersection of North Front St and Fishing Creek Valley Rd, between Frog Hollow Rd and the entry for Boyd‘s Big Tree Preserve. The parking lot is around the back of the site. Starting from this location eliminates the hills closer to Fort Hunter and makes for an easier ride. Our route will be around 25 miles, with about 1100 ft of climb. We will stop at Manada Golf Course for a break and plan on getting back before sunset at 7:48 PM This is a C paced ride with average speed 11 mph to 13 mph. No rider will be dropped.
